These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MINNIE MEAD online store at minniemead.shop and all purchases made through it.
Agreement
By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
What you are buying
All products are digital files: printable art and digital planners delivered as PDF and PNG downloads. Nothing is shipped. We describe each file as accurately as we can, including design, paper size and resolution; screens and printers vary, so printed colour may differ slightly from the preview.
Licence and permitted use
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the files for your own home. You may not resell, redistribute, share the files publicly, include them in a product of your own, or use them commercially. You may print at a copy shop for your own use.
Prices, tax and delivery
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from the billing address. There are no shipping costs because there is no shipping. Files are released when payment is confirmed; see the Digital Delivery page.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the catalogue for commercial use, or use the site unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The MINNIE MEAD name, designs, product photography and site copy belong to MINNIE MEAD and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MINNIE MEAD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including printing costs, framing or materials. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including implied warranties that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Blount County, Alabama.
