This page explains how digital delivery works at the MINNIE MEAD online store (minniemead.shop/), operated by MINNIE MEAD, 1110 Fat Dunn Rd, Hayden, AL 35079, USA.
1. Nothing is shipped
Every product in this store is a digital download — printable art and digital planners. There is no physical parcel, no delivery address to confirm, and no shipping charge at checkout. If you only order downloads, the shipping step is skipped entirely.
2. When you get the files
Files are released as soon as payment is confirmed: the download links appear on the order confirmation page and in the order email. If you create an account, they stay in My account → Downloads for later.
3. What is in a download

Each file is the full design with margins already set, so nothing is cut off by a home printer. There is no bleed and no bleed marks — print at 100% / actual size with background graphics switched on.
4. Printing at home
200–250 gsm matte paper gives the closest result to the product photos. Standard copier paper works but looks thinner; glossy paper makes the colours cooler. Let the print dry flat for a few minutes before framing.
5. Downloads, limits and re-downloads
There is no download limit while the store is open, but please keep the order email — it is the simplest way back to your files. If a link stops working, email us with the order number and we will re-send it.
6. Files that will not open
Check that the PDF opens in a desktop reader rather than a phone preview, and that the ZIP has been extracted before opening the PNGs. If a file is still broken, email admin@minniemead.shop within 30 days with the order number — we replace the file or refund it. See the Refund Policy.
7. Sales tax
Prices exclude sales tax. Where required, tax is calculated at checkout from the billing address. Digital products are taxable in Alabama, and orders billed to an Alabama address are charged 9% state, county and city tax. Shipping is never charged, so no tax on shipping is ever added.
