This Privacy Policy explains how MINNIE MEAD (“MINNIE MEAD”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit minniemead.shop or buy from us, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order information: name, email, billing address, items purchased.
- Account information: email and password if you create an account, and your download history.
- Payment information: handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information: IP address, browser, device and pages viewed, collected through cookies and server logs.
How we use it
To process orders and deliver download links, handle refunds and support requests, calculate sales tax, prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product emails. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Payment processors, our hosting, email and download providers, and professional advisers, each only as far as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. There is no shipping carrier involved, because nothing is shipped.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the cart, checkout and download links working. Optional analytics cookies are set only with your consent, which you can change at any time from the cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally seven years). Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is deleted when you close the account.
Your rights
If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Oregon), you may have the right to know what we hold, to correct or delete it, to opt out of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Email admin@minniemead.shop with “Privacy request” in the subject line and we will verify and respond within the time the law allows.
Children
The store is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
