Files & downloads
What exactly do I get?
Every product includes a US Letter PDF (8.5 × 11 in), an A4 PDF (210 × 297 mm) and a PNG set at 2550 × 3300 px, all at 300 dpi. Planners are undated, so you can print the same file every week or month.
How do I download after paying?
The links appear on the order confirmation page and in the order email. With an account, they stay under My account → Downloads. If a link stops working, email us with the order number and we will re-send it.
Is there a download limit?
No practical limit while the store is open. Keep the order email — it is the quickest way back to your files.
Printing
What settings should I use?
Print at 100% / actual size, background graphics on, high quality. Do not use “fit to page” — it scales the design down and leaves uneven borders.
What paper should I use?
200–250 gsm matte paper for prints, standard copier paper for planners you will write on. Glossy paper makes the colours cooler and shows fingerprints.
Can I print a size larger than the file?
The PNG set is 2550 × 3300 px, which prints crisply up to about 8.5 × 11 in and holds up at 16 × 20 in from a print shop. For anything bigger, ask a print shop to scale the PDF to the frame and check it on screen first.
Can I use these on an iPad?
Yes — import the PNG into GoodNotes, Notability or a similar app and write over it with a stylus. Planners are designed with generous margins for that.
Orders, tax & refunds
Do you charge shipping?
No. Everything is a download, so checkout skips shipping entirely and no delivery charge is added.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where required, yes. Alabama bills 9% state, county and city tax on digital products for orders billed to an Alabama address; tax is calculated at checkout.
What is the refund policy?
30 days on a file that will not open or does not match the product page; not for a change of mind after download. Details are in the Refund Policy.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. Downloads are for personal use — print as many copies as you like for your own home, but do not resell, redistribute or use them commercially.
