This policy applies to downloads bought from the MINNIE MEAD online store (minniemead.shop/) from MINNIE MEAD, Hayden, Alabama. Because nothing is shipped, the usual return rules become refund rules — here is how they work.
Summary
- Window: 30 days from the order date.
- Covered: a file that will not open, is the wrong file, or does not match the product page.
- Not covered: change of mind after the files have been downloaded, or print results caused by printer settings.
- Refund: to the original payment method, 5–7 business days after we confirm the problem. No return postage — there is nothing to post.
Why digital downloads are different
A download cannot be sent back, so a refund cannot be undone. That is why the 30-day guarantee covers the file itself — corrupt, incomplete, wrong design, wrong paper size — rather than a change of mind once the file has been opened. If you are unsure whether a set suits your wall, email us before buying and we will tell you honestly.
How to claim
Email admin@minniemead.shop with your order number, the product name and a short description of the problem — a photo of the screen or the print is enough. We reply within one business day, usually with a replacement file first. If that does not fix it, we refund.
Print quality is not a defect
Colours vary slightly between screens, printers and papers, and a home printer will not match a print shop. If a print comes out cropped, check that the PDF is set to 100% / actual size rather than “fit to page”, and that margins are not set to none. Our Digital Delivery page has the settings that work.
Duplicate or accidental orders
Ordered the same file twice by mistake? Tell us within 14 days and we refund the duplicate, provided the second copy has not been used commercially. Nothing needs to be sent back.
Faulty or incorrect files
If a page is missing, a ZIP will not extract, or the design is not the one shown on the product page, that is our mistake. We send the correct file immediately and refund in full if you would rather not keep it.
